CIVIS project Configuring common development strategies for a sustainable future in the heritage management context. A Europe-Africa collaborative framework in the contemporary regional context (dir. Simona Corlan-Ioan).

Mobilities CIVIS African Universities to the University of Bucharest /Sélection – Mobilités Universités africaines – Université de Bucarest

Amount  for the mobility: transportation (820 euros) and subsistence costs (140 euros/day). Applications for 14 days are also possible with additional activities.

The applicants will be expected to participate in :

Summer School Common strategies in heritage management (from June 30th  to July 5th  2025)  organised in the framework of the CIVIS project Configuring common development strategies for a sustainable future in the heritage management context. A Europe-Africa collaborative framework in the contemporary regional context (dir. Simona Corlan-Ioan)

Available mobilities

– 5 for Eduardo Mondlane University

– 4 for Makerere University

– 3 for University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg

– 3 for Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar

The application will consist of :

                                     1. Mobility agreement, signed (form to be sent on demand)

                                     2. CV

                                     3. Copy/Photo of passport

                                     4. Statement about previous activities in the framework of CIVIS

Calendar :

– deadline : first deadline April 30th, second deadline May 15th, third and final deadline May 30th .

– the applications received will be evaluated after each deadline.

– the results will be announced on the Faculty of History, UB site and on emails of the applicants.

– deadline for appeals  : 2 days (until midnight) after announcement of the results.

– announcement of the final results on the site and on email 2 days after appeals.
